Opening Times
LATEST UPDATE: The brand new Bournemouth Balloon has been assembled and inflated. Following test flights on 24th June 2011, the balloon is now fully operational. The first customer flights of the season took place on Sunday 26th June 2011.
The Bournemouth Balloon is operational:
Easter to September - 10am till 8pm.
October to Easter - weekday 11.00am to 5.00pm
weekend 10.30am to 6.00pm
(times may vary according to the weather conditions)
Please be aware that the inflation and flying of the Balloon is weather dependant and we cannot inflate or fly in winds above 30 knots by law, therefore the opening dates may vary.
You are advised to contact our BALLOON OFFICE ON 01202 314539 to confirm details and to avoid any disappointment.
The Balloon can however fly in the rain. To check out the weather and to see if we are flying today, visit our live web cam or contact the Bournemouth Balloon office.
Booking
You can purchase Gift Vouchers for Balloon flights by phone, or make an enquiry by using the on-line booking enquiry (below). Gift Voucher holders will be given priority in the queue for flights on any given day.
Please be aware that the balloon’s availability cannot be guaranteed, due to the prevailing weather conditions and/or other bookings (e.g. a block booking for a specific flight) at the time of your visit.

We will take your credit/debit card details and process your order, sending your Gift Vouchers by Recorded Special Delivery. Please note there is a £5 charge for the postage and a £1 handling charge for Credit Card bookings.
