Parking

Toilets
Public toilets, including disabled, facilities are available within 50 meters of the Balloon Ticket Office in The Lower Gardens.
Accessibility
The Bournemouth Balloon is accessible to persons of all ages and abilities including wheelchairs, we can accommodate three wheelchairs per flight. However please be aware there are no seats in the balloon gondola and for safety reasons all persons flying, who are not in wheelchairs, must be able to stand for the duration of the flight which can last for 15 minutes.
The Health & Safety Executive has advised that it is not discrimination to refuse admission to the attraction on the grounds of health & safety.
Education
A trip on the Bournemouth Balloon is a truly educational experience for all ages. From how the balloon works, to the history of ballooning. From the pioneering days of the 1800’s through to how weather effects the balloon and facts about the geographical features and historic sights below when seen from the air are all covered in our Airborne Commentary and on our Information Boards positioned around the balloon site. School parties are welcome.
